What is your experience with the initial level 5 premium chests?

Before opening these chests, I heard from a friend that one of the two chests gives a guaranteed skin for a champion you own. So I waited until I bought Vel'Koz, the champion I wanted to main, then opened the chests. Though the supposed "skin of a champion you own" was just an Abysall Nautilus skin. I posted a thread on the bug section, and the mod there at first was confused what I was talking about, then understood, told me that chest was supposed to give me the skin of an owned champion, and told me to contact Riot support. So I did, then after a lengthy back and forth with them, they eventually told me I was misinformed. Though I was disappointed and a little confused, considering the league players I know and the initial moderator on my thread both backed up my assumption that it gave you an owned champion. Oh well, I moved on. Until now. Another friend of mine, newer to League than me, just got Darius, and when he opened his level 5 premium chests, what did he get? Bio-forge Darius. I seriously want to know, has anybody else gotten the skin of an owned champion in one of their level 5 premiums? Has anybody not? I'd really like to know, are the people I know really that lucky that they end up with a skin for the champion they own? Or has something broken in my game? Why would the person I contacted on my support ticket say I was misinformed? Did he not understand what I was talking about? I don't know. Any responses would be appreciated.

TL;DR:

I didn't get a skin of an owned champion in my level 5 premium chests, my friends did, a mod on these forums said I should, but the person I contacted through Riot support disagrees. For those of you who've owned a champion at the time of opening those chests, did any of you get a skin for that champ? Did any of you not?
