How have you accidently broken league before?

I broke league once when I was looking at my champion plays list. (http://i.imgur.com/RaxBoxp.png) I don't think I even have enough kills to have that many penta kills. It broke because I was searching random people, from LCS players to names I wanted to see if they existed, the moment I put in Hotshot, as you can see, it broke the system and shows me with so many Sona penta kills. Ahh I only wish I had that many with Sona.
