Is it worth trying out the tree?
He looks fun, and I like to jungle and from what I've heard, he can apply pressure game, and so little gameplay seen, not too many know how to fight him.

Nerfs hurt his teamfights but honestly his early ganks are pretty strong. he's one of those kinds of Tank Junglers you could gank level 2 if you were particularly bold and might actually be able to get a kill or assist off of it.
he's more of a teamplay champ u won't be able to do much on your own in low elo idk about high elo
While the cooldown nerf hurt, I'd say that some of the preseason changes have made up for it.
- Rod of Ages was buffed and it was a common rush item for him in the top lane
- Spirit Visage was buffed
- Grasp of the Undying provides a significant amount of trading power and sustain while Bond of Stone provides another method for him to defend his allies
- Last Whisper was nerfed significantly
- Defense itemization say relatively small price increases compared to offensive itemization
I'm planning on playing him in the top lane when I need a CC tank for my team (and the matchup favours it).
