Need help with ELISE (jungle)

So I just picked up Elise for a new jungle champ, she looks fun to play and I like how she's not overplayed.

What I need help with is Runes, I've looked on Solomid/Mobafire for guides but I cant really find an updated one.

Mainly I'm stuck between ap pen/hybrid marks or flat AS. Quints, Armor or AP. I just took ap blues, should I go MR?
