[Re-post Due To Wrong Board] It would be really nice if you'd tell us what is going on Riot.

Everyone flips sh*t whenever the ques go down because we're curious. We want to know what happened to our beloved game. Why not take a minute to update us on what is going on. You guys always take something like 1 ~ 3 hours to explain what is going on when one of you could just take a minute or two to post an update thread to calm people down.

"Network Operations – 9:10 PM We've temporarily disabled all queues while we investigate an issue that's negatively impacting games."

This was posted an hour ago and tells the users absolutely nothing. I understand, you are busy and are working on getting everything back up and running but how is it that not even one of you can spare a moment to try and calm the community down.

I guess I just want some idea of what you guys are doing. I am pretty sure I am not the only one who feels ignored during these down times.

[UPDATE] Network Operations – 10:33 PM We will be performing some emergency server maintenance and must bring the servers down. The downtime will be 1 hour. This maintenance will address issues we are seeing on the live service currently. Thank you for your understanding.

This is what we want ^ more of these little updates.

I mean, you could just check the Server Status page and be in the loop...

Also, I like how someone in Riot had the time to delete my post but not to tell us what is going on. I don't mean to come off as aggressive. I am just curious on the situation and this curiosity is always left un-answered for when the servers have some issue. Little updates would really help.

My luck is OP that every time i have a free time (like literally free, no one around to bug me) I always had to face problems that doesnt allow me to play. Either its server maintenance, lag, or computer problems. item 3070

If only i had a portal to just take a peak to Riot games, that would be G-R-8

I don't see what is wrong with the first update. I know it doesn't tell you exactly what the problem is, but it lets you know that there is an issue. That is what it the first message was for. Hey we have a problem we are fixing it. The second one was "Hey here is the problem and this is why it is taking so long". They went on the right route, so I don't understand the flip out
