seriously though. like.... why. i literally just got off my chat restriction. played 1 game. i'll admit in this game i did tell a kid he was a "garbage feeder". BUT ITS NOT LIKE I WAS LIEING AND THAT'S ALL I SAID. WHY AM I BANNED FOR 14 DAYS.
Let's see...first day coming off of a chat restriction, and you insult someone in your first game.
Tell me, if someone was recently released on parole for theft, and the same day they steal a candy bar from their local grocery store, do you think they'll be treated the same as someone with no record?
Fact is, because you've had prior restrictions (and now bans), you're going to be on a one strike policy for the rest of your playing time.
One report will likely get you suspended.
My suggestion:
Never insult anyone ever again.
If someone is ever a feeder or an idiot or whatever, don't type what you feel. Just say it out loud.
And then
Move
On
Telling people they're bad will not help them and, especially for someone in your situation, will only hurt you.

How 'bout instead of calling him a "garbage feeder" and assuming he is a "kid" tell him what he is doing wrong and how to fix it if you are such a pro.

Something I forgot to mention earlier is that all banning cases are reviewed by the tribunal. It wasn't riot that banned you, it was other players voting whether or not they want to play with someone like you.
