so this is the issue. does anyone even read the reports that people put in? i literally get reported once a game for telling someone their "dumb" or being an "idiot" and then i get the "your behavior isn't that of an average league player" messege. i shouldn't be getting chat restrictions because people are abusing the report system. is anyone even making sure what people are reporting is ACTUALLY report worthy? this is really starting to piss me off.
If you're calling people idiots... you deserve punishment and the report is completely valid.
The automated system tracks numbers of reports and scans the chatlogs of games to look for key words and phrases and interactions to help determine who deserves to be punished and who doesn't.
In escalated situations, cases are manually reviewed.
The Tribunal is down for an undisclosed amount of time. No one is reading your reports unless it escalates to an absurdly high amount of reports in a small amount of games. Then someone will review your cases to weed out the false reports, or give a proper ban if necessary.
The system is automatically giving chat/ranked restrictions.
