I just want to be one of the guys that says thank you. Riots Games are so awesome. I want you guys to know i love all the lore and updates, the hard work you put in to this game...

I'll start by saying I've been playing this game since Kog came out...
I RP'd in the event with Shurelia and many others that introduced Maokai.
I played in games with Guinsoon and Shurelia, and have even been match with Phreak, and Taco Storm in ranked several times.
I was here for Sunfire Eve, Deny Plank, and hextect revolver stacking.

I've changed GD's mind about AP YI. ( http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=803354# )
To everyone But the Lore department I have nothing but respect...
However the Lore department has earned my ire to the point of me swearing off buying RP...
For two years they took action that have massive impact on game immersion without every discussing it with the players.
This to me seems a great affront to the normal Riot policy of open discuss before change.
I'm not sure I'll every feel the same about the game honestly.

I agree that people can be a bit unappreciative of the great content Riot puts out and that it is impossible to please everyone. People should be a little more thankful.
There always will be people who complain about everything (not that that's a bad thing, Riot needs feedback after all), but in the midst of that Riot needs to know we appreciate their hard work!
When I purchase RP in my mind I'm hugging Riot. But sometimes it helps to hear I love you, right?
I say riot is doing really good now (except for the lore of removing JoJ and the shurima event) since they're all on top of things. The TU on PBE, Sion rework, and dunkmaster darius are some things I think Riot is doing great on.
I love Riot! They host the most played game in the world. OF COURSE there will be jerks. After all, most humans are nowadays ^^ LoL just gets more cause of the huge player base is all.
