SKINS NOT WORKING AT ALL IN TEAM BUILDER

ok the first one i thought it was my fault.. I start the game and my nutcracko skin is not on loading screen.. ok i must screwed something up.. next game.. i play urgot battle cast.. making SURE i had selected my skin.. on loading.. plain old urgot.. SO WHY is it i see other skins... but i couldnt use mine? SO mad to buy skins that dont work in games omg...Im gonna see if the third game suddenly starts working.. we will see.. ill repost....
