Got honor 3 on secondary qccount... Hardly ever play this account

Ok so ive been playing on my secondary account because in currently sitting on a 14 day suspension on this one. Anyway after a game I just finished I got honor lvl three. For real these past two weeks have been tye only time ive played this account simce the new honor system came out. What ummmm, what's up with this? Bug?

If I'm not mistaken, the way the old honor system worked was the top % of honorable people got ribbons. You'd see alot of ribbons on players that didnt play much, and you'd see them more often in bots games.

So if you got honored in 100% of games, over 5 games, ez honor over time lol

I'm sure theres some rules and restrictions set in place if it still works like that, but idk. It didn't work like that before
