Did anyone get their (complimentary) mystery skins yet?

I haven't got mine yet and now I'm freaking out that maybe I got restricted for something and didn't know about it haha. I received 1 verbal abuse warning once because my friend wanted to see if you received notification of that report, but other than that I haven't so much as had an AFK warning or anything. I think I'm being paranoid.

I was gone for like 4 hours and during that time league was left open on my computer. I got home and it was there. My friends who believe they also should have received one, said they didn't get anything yet.

Is there a way to determine whether or not you're going to get one, something more definitive than me not remembering ever getting any kind of restriction?

Im just wondering to those who got them already what level are you? i only ask because two of my friends have gotten the mystery skin and it seem like they are low level under 10, but all my 30 friends havent seem to get it yet!

No, but just be patient. They probably have extremely important issues to address first. Don't worry, we'll get it, Riot doesn't whiff on this stuff.
