Always great reading Riot Support responses like that. They have a video on their YouTube channel showcasing a lot of the player art they get from these types of tickets.

I love Riot support too, especially when my games busted and no one responds at all to my request for help, multiple times......
Except when you inquire about anything of substance and first you get three copy-pasted responses that have nothing to do with what you asked about, then get a human response that claims every single problem is your fault and then get ignored for two weeks at which point any further questioning is met with instant locking of tickets, because the answer was allegedly given.

they said they would give me rp and asked how much i wanted
i told them to give me whatever they thought was fair
i received nothing :(
