Mystery Figurine In Battlecast Vel'Koz Splash and Creator Viktor Recall Animation

I just wanted to bring this up again.

There is a figure that looks like some sort of bat in the two things I just said in the title. When you zoom up on the figure, I saw Lissandra. But it can't be lissandra, because of viktor's recall animation. It has wings. So it must be related to Lissandra, so I thought maybe her sister, Avarosa. She could've been "revived" as a battlecast by viktor. I know that Avarosa's spirit could be in Ashe and whatever, but I just thought those things were related.
