Well, I decided to go teemo support, and i see flying 
from minions. rito wtf?

If you see it in more than one game then repair it. Usually it's just a texture that failed loading.
gg support Teemo broke bot lane.
This has been happening for quite some time now. A couple games ago I had the turrets shoots flash or exhaust at me kinda funny!

had turrets shooting exhaust once, and irelia's map/kill icon as flash and some others with the summoner icons
Try repairing again? idk >.< browse the bugs board. Wish I could help more
For some reason, this bug makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable, like it is almost macabre.
