Nurf Fantasy Draft

Alright guys, we all have one champion that if we could, we would nurf personally. Likely into oblivion, haha.

So my question, if RIOT gave you the chance to nurf one champion, WHO would you nurf, WHY would you nurf them, and HOW would you nurf them?

For me, I would personally nurf either Ahri, or Illaoi.

With Ahri, I would decrease her charm duration. I feel like currently her Charm is a DEATH SENTENCE for anyone who isn't tank.

With Illaoi? I would definately reduce the amount of lifesteal she gets from her tentacles. All Illaoi has to do is build health , and she can 1v4 at lvl 6. Its kind of heartbreaking to see illaoi in Champion Select knowing my only choice is to run a lot and try to not engage ANYWHERE but under turret.
