Ranked still needs a rework...
League rank needs to be based on personal play. Forget your trash hextech system and make it so anyone who gets A or above regardless of winning or losing gains IP. The game is bad enough without having to lose IP just because you got stuck on a team of uncarryable trash.
It's your only logical solution aside from placing heavy restrictions on who can and can't play ranked.
