Hey Riot, whatever happened to those planned rune changes?
Weren't there plans to change runes in S4? In particular, nerfs to flat AR seals?
Those get tossed overboard or something?

they couldnt get mastery changes right. why would they try seals?
they should be reverting fear nerfs not playing with runes anyway
Those were scheduled to happen in February specifically. I'm pretty sure I recall a Red posting that we would get an update (probably information rather than a patch) on runes this month, which seems to not be happening.
