Harley Quinn Jinx Skin Idea
Thought that Harley Quinn themed skin for Jinx would be nice because they have similar personalities.

I have to say that would be bad ass!!!
It would be. And while they might do something inspired by that, I sincerely doubt they'd be able to license the rights to make it an actual Harley skin. Especially since she's playable in DC's own MOBA.
No point competing with yourself, right?
To my mind, though, the base skin is obviously pretty heavily inspired by Harley. From the pig-tails/pompoms, to the alternating color scheme, to her crazy pale skin. Not close enough to set off any copyright flags, but enough similarities to be reminiscent. It's a hard line to walk, and I think they did a pretty good job.
