Summoner Name Cleanup Bug
The summoner name clean up was not applied to all summoner names in league of legends. When will this be fixed?

what are you talking about? the Name changes are automatically applied. It depends on the level of the account, and the last time they played a match.
Levels 1-6: 6 months of inactivity immunity Level 12: 1 year of immunity Level 20: 1 year, 8 months of immunity Level 30: 2 years, 6 months of immunity
What I mean is that some of those names have already passed the immunity point and you can not retrieve them.
