Universal Chat Rooms Need to be Bigger

As a League player that doesn't have that many local friends who actually play the game, I find the universal chat rooms "Looking for Group" and "Strategy" to be good sources to find other players with the same goals as I do in climbing, playing for fun, etc.

However, every time I try to join the room it's always full (200). With a growing population of League players, I think these chat rooms should accommodate more than 200, or other rooms should be created. Are there other rooms that I can join or are there just the 4 (Strategy, Noob, Looking for Group, and one other one I can't remember).

I guess I don't really understand how the chat rooms work. Any input is much appreciated. Thanks.
