New Champion Select Doesn't Support Chromas for Classic Skins?
I can't choose the chroma for Cait's Rebel Chroma? Or is it obviously there and I just don't see it?

This is one of several issues we'll be addressing over the next couple of patches. We have a similar issue with ward skins. You can find a list of the known issues here.
Tulare1 votesI just encountered this too but I have a possible workaround in mind, which I'll test tomorrow unless somebody else confirms it before then. I had selected Caitlyn Rebel Pink earlier today and when I picked her in the new champ select, Rebel Pink remained selected. Perhaps you could play a custom game, select the chroma you want, leave the custom game, and then start up a game using the new champ select.
