So, if I buy Elementalist Lux and get her border. Will that border expire? If so, when? Cuz, I would think if the border didn't expire, it would affect ranked players with their borders. What then?

It wont expire.

No, the border is permanent for those who own her by the 13th of December. Once it's past that point, no one will be able to get the border, but the ones who got it before then will still have it.

It's also been updated to fit in perfectly fine with ranked borders.

No the border doesn't expire. Why would it affect ranked borders? The two are seperate.
