What happened to player-created item sets in the new Client?

So, as someone who isn't horribly good at figuring out which items would be best on which champions in which situations but sometimes has his moments, the fact that item sets aren't in the new client is a little upsetting. I mean, not everyone uses them I know but I figured out some really good builds for certain champions and not having access to that is a little bothersome. I know I just can re-figure everything out again, but if you're planning on transferring item sets to the new client, I would highly suggest you do so. Thank you!
