What is the point of this new queue?

What are they attempting to do with this new system? It feels like this new system is just Riot trying to enforce a meta, stop "trolls", and make everyone feel like they're in the LCS with their "preferred role", and their "organized team". Why are they attempting to dictate how the game is "supposedly" played. Guess what bronzies, if your team is too stupid to organize itself, and cooperate, Riot attempting to organize it for you isn't going to change a thing. The shit mentality, the terrible mechanics, and the fact that you can't carry yourself to a higher elo is still going to remain. Why even have 2 role choices? Why not just allow me to play 1 role throughout my entire league of legends experience.

We will never see wacky comps again. I'm not sure who decided limiting the creativity, removing freedom, and telling people how they should play the game was a good idea but they should be fired and charged for crimes against humanity.
