Quick Question.

Basically so that i can play to my maximum properly with my friends in NA basically i have no money to transfer my eu west account so they went out and bought a LoL 20$ card for RP and it turns out riot point cards are region locked... Is there a way to make it work? or do i have to try to find the cash to play with them? (or would it be possible to "1 time account give" because i have an eu west account and NA account both with same login name, passowrd, email, summoner name and everything, would it be possible to move all the items from my eu west account onto my NA account and then deleting or leaving my eu west account with nothing?)

That sounds like a question that needs to be placed into a support ticket.

Edit - But I think the reason may be because the currency is different and as such would need to be converted and may or may not result in having less or more riot points for it. (I would imagine it'd always be less.) But I don't know the answer.
