I opened up my Snowdown sales and got some good ones! Arcade Riven for 70% off, so I put some RP in. Unfortunately, when I got that, i was 37 RP off of officer Vi! I was wondering if I could make an offering of a drawing (as customary for these threads) to the Rito gods to front me the 37 RP I'm missing, because I don't have the 5 extra dollars to put in to get the 37! They normally only do single digit RP away, at least in my experience.
