I haven't received a single key shard in 2+ weeks
At the start of hextech crafting, I was getting plenty of key shards, almost every two games. It's been about 30-50 games and I haven't even gotten one.

Every time you earn a key fragment, the drop rate for the next key fragment is lowered, and this will continue happening. The drop rate does reset approximately one month after you earn your first key fragment at the original drop rate.

The drop rate for key fragments is a curve, not a line. With each fragment you earn, the chance to earn your next one goes down slightly. This number resets roughly every thirty days after you earn your first key fragment.
I get key fragments a lot! But I never seem to get chests. So I just stock up on keys :T*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*

I'm the same. My key chance supposedly reset on the 20th of last month. I got ONE key fragment in 11 wins (more than double that if you include all the games I wasn't getting keys before the reset). I'm now on my 6th win and no key fragment yet. I feel ya there. It's been over a month and a half since my key chance reset down to where you'll see 1 frag per 1 win for a key or two (or even... one key fragment in 7 wins. That would be a lot quicker than what I have now). Which I got for the first 2-3 months. Now chests are more common than even key fragments.
I am now keeping a table of how many wins on what day I'm getting and marking WHEN I get keys.
Maybe getting an s should give a key fragment so that there is a reliable way to get more than there would be.
