People who join ranked and don't know a position needs to be banned.

Just supported for an adc that ended up with the position after being last pick and saying "fill". He then said that he did not like adc then subsequently fed, did not try at all, cried out for a forfeit, and just brought the team down. We lost with no chance because top fed as well but at least top fkn tried you know. This adc just sat there did nothing at all and ruined the game for me and everyone on my team.

How come we can't report these people to the tribunal for immediate bannings? That's just bs he can act like that and get away with it whenever he ends up with adc. So ridiculous.
