"Sorry it's my first time playing this champion."

Oh, is that why you don't know the range of turrets? Is that why you don't ward? Is that why you can't just play cautiously? These are things that have nothing to do with the champion you're playing, they are simply fundamental things that every player should be expected to know.

What, are there people who have to relearn the entire game every time they pick up a new champion? That must be unfortunate.

no there probably on tilt because some asshole is riding on there back constantly and the champion is a differnt playstyle/lane then they usually play. For instance if you played adc your entire life and then go mid lane or top you probably won't know when to ward and stay back early adn they might try tower diving and it would normally work but they are behind and don't know the strength of the champion. Also even LCS players take tower shots... and if there taking tower shots that probably means there probably doing decently against the enemy laner.

So it sounds like he won lane and died to a gank which might be because he either is playing a differnt lane then normal or thought the enemy jungler was elsewhere and then they had some prick raging at him and making sarcastic comments making him tilt. Where if you would stfu and look at the game mayby you would be able to do something and have better teamwork or strategy/mechanics. and you made "I'm asking questions about a phenomenon that people experience in games" supports the fact that you probably rage at people all the time. Even if my opinion is unfounded it doesn't matter because you yourself stated that everyone has problems of doing bad when they try new champions and so unless there playing ranked you shouldn't be to upset that there practicing.

If the person is just making an excuse for something really bad constantly without you making him tilt then you would have a point but from your post it doesn't sound like that's the case.

Try being empathetic and place yourself in their shoes.,its not that they relearn the game every new champ, its that they have a lot more to actively think about than you.

Learning a new champion means you're leaving your comfort zone and that means you have to spend active thought on everything you do as that new champ.Laning, teamfighting, and even just rotating around the map can be completely different depending on the champion you're playing. Junglers are a strong example of this just compare the movement and ganking patterns of lee sin to someone like fiddle.

Which means there's less time for your brain to think about the other fundamentals for winning a game. If you're thinking about which levels are where you have a higher power spike than your lane opponent, you're not gonna be thinking about the timings of dragon and buffs.

Just be empathetic its not that they don't know that stuff trazz, its that they have less time to think about it compared to you on your comfort pick.

Players with shit mechanics are the worst kind of player.

It's not playing against or with them. When I crush someone in lane because they miss 60% of their skill shots/poorly use 60% of their abilities. I don't really feel like I did anything. I feel like all I did was punish some idiot who's making simple mechanical errors. I don't learn anything if my enemy is some guy who's worse than me. I'd rather play against top tier mid laners and get shit on than against someone at my skill level or lower.

At least then I have something to learn. Makes playing league boring when you shit on your oppnent in the same role as you. Like I just want to 20s cause I'm not having fun. To me a fun game is where I feel like I'm actually having to put forth effort to win.

A boring game is where a win is just handed to me or a loss is just handed to me because of things I can't control. Wish there were a lot less of these types of matches in league of legends. I'd say probably 70% of all my games are boring like this and make me question why I logged on to have fun in the first place.

My friend does that same line. Dude wtf why did you run into all 5 of them? "I DONT PLAY THIS CHAMP! GOD"

How the living fuck does that answer my question? What champion can run into all 5 people and live just because it's what the champion does? Missing skillshots is one thing, overestimating damage is one thing, buying the wrong items is one thing, but come the fuck on when you turret dive a full life champ at lvl 3 and say the reason you died was because you don't know the champ. BULL. SHIT.

Yea, really bad when it is in ranked.

I can understand where your coming from because I've found sometimes people use this as an excuse for playing poorly but also sometimes the player is forced to pick a role that they aren't comfortable with and they choke because of it. Just take it in stride and move on.

Let me tell you a story. One day, a man was walking down the road and he saw an old lady on the sidewalk. He walked up to her and said "how are you?" She didn't respond. The man got angry and stabbed her. Long story short, he went to jail for life and died of old age. Imagine yourself as the man and the first time Orianna's as the old lady.

actually if you go from a huge champion to a small champion or vice versa it is entirely possible to get confused about turret range

that's not usually the reason with what you are referring to though ^_^
