ARAM Bots are back?

So i know about the botting issue rito had that they "fixed". At first things went back to normal where I didn't run into botted players on ARAM for a couple weeks, now all of a sudden im stuck with at least 1 or more botted players on ARAM, sometimes 4 where im forced to carry my botted team, it makes the game un-fun and the bots don't even do a decent job, they are like 1/20. The botting has gotten so bad it's making me want to quite league and i love league to death. I know a fix to this is just play 5v5s on SR but i have my days where I just want to relax and play ARAM. I've conducted botting tests to root out who's a bot and who isn't. Whenever i play an ARAM match and i notice a bot or enemy team tells me they have a bot(s) on their team,I wait till' the games done then I leave the end game screen up(where it shows stats, etc.) on for a little over an hour and when I come back everyone else is gone...EXCEPT FOR THE BOTS. At first I was like maybe that person fell asleep and left the computer on, but its happened to me 9/10 games. I know removing all bots is an uneasy daunting task for rito but rito please help just a smidge more with the botting problem, thank you for previous help but it's back :-( ... BTW sorry if this is posted on the wrong section, i've never posted on here before.
