Quitting League...

I tried to be calm about things, i really have, but I just wasted over $1000 trying to fix a "ping" issue im having. my ping is stuck at 3k ping now and only goes higher, lowest ive seen is 450 but my normal ping is 120(post 5.14, 5.13 patches). I thought hey maybe its my new laptop i bought last month, so i spent over $800 on a new laptop with a better graphics card, that didnt solve the issue, so i said hey let me buy a new router that should help, because i was using fios, welp, that didnt help either spending $200+ on a really good wireless router, then i said hey, let me try ethernet connection with this new router... still no change still 3k ping. i tried re installing league 4 times thinking each re-installation would fix the issue and welp nothing, i keep getting reported for feeding intentionally when im not even trying to do that and now i fear i will get banned pretty soon. my ping refuses to reduce past 3k i even tried a ping test and it said 150ms on multiple sites, so either its Riot or my internet doesnt like me. Well, due to the fact that league is now unplayable i have no choice but to quit, rather than risk getting banned. $1000+ down the drain for nothing. BTW i've tried following everything league posted regaurding help fixing ping issues and shit like that but nothing is helping.

lol you bought a new laptop to fix a networking issue? That's a genius move.

Update: Just uninstalled league a 5th time, tried re installing now the kernel patcher isnt even working, so now league refuses to start. what gives riot?

Have you followed riots suggestions regarding your dns?

On a side note, if you honestly bought a laptop last month and replaced it this month but you understand basic components of a computer, then why did you think this was necessary? You mentioned graphics cards but this is a network related issue. Leagues didnt make you spend this money, you could/should have saved a receipt. If I was in your position (and have been) after running all tests, flushing, resetting and changing dns, I would have assumed it was the network card (also assuming you tested this on another comp on the same network to rule out your ISP or router.)

Edit: also did you test anything on a different network? People that fix and work on things like this ask questions like these to isolate what is causing the problem, rather than replacing everything.
