When your team is winning and you're in high spirits, don't get all nice and giggly in chat.

These same teammates (unless they're Challenger smurfs, part of the 0.000001%) are the same ones that will troll and screw you over in upcoming games.

Your teammates are your enemies. Until you adopt the "I'm playing a 1 vs 9 game" mentality, you will NEVER climb to high ELO (past Diamond III). Everything you've been told is a lie. It's from people who don't want you to climb. I'm the only one telling you the truth.

But your teammates aren't out to make you lose, and believing they are not trying to win is a dangerous mentality to have. I'd reckon it makes you tilt easier, believing for example that your jungler intentionally lost Baron to troll instead of making a mistake and missing smite but trying his best.

You have to trust that your teammates are going to try their best. You can't expect results, but it's reasonable to expect effort. Thinking they're against you is only going to put you on tilt and make you lose more games.

I would be careful with mindset, tilt isn't something to mess with, and believing your teammates are out to screw up your climb is a really bad way to approach games imo.

I agree with this.
