I'm sorry, but I'm banning him. I want my adc to be useful and do damage. Feel free to pick any other champion though, even if it's not meta.
Edit : Also, his pathetic 45% win rate makes him even less appealing. Currently, there's no reason to pick Ezreal over any other adc.
Ezreal does deal useful damage. Just not early game because he rushes Tear/Sheen. That's a lot of mana, but after he gets his Tri Force + Muramana, he does a fuckton of damage.
You fail to recognize Ezreal's true magnificence. Downvoted.
An actual Ezreal player does a lot of damage though. His passive and accurate Q sheen procs do a lot in fights. Unfortunately many Ezreals don't auto much in teamfights.
