I'm sorry, but I'm banning him. I want my adc to be useful and do damage. Feel free to pick any other champion though, even if it's not meta.
Edit : Also, his pathetic 45% win rate makes him even less appealing. Currently, there's no reason to pick Ezreal over any other adc.

Two autos from any adc with crit is still more damage than 4 ezreal Qs.

A good Ezreal won't be in range to receive basic attack and if hit his Q, good luck outrading him.

LostFr0st1 votesAn actual Ezreal player does a lot of damage though. His passive and accurate Q sheen procs do a lot in fights. Unfortunately many Ezreals don't auto much in teamfights.

Good Ezreals are too rare for me to take that risk.
LostFr0st2 votesDo you just have bad luck with Ezreals? As long as he's paired with a waveclear supports for lane control he should be pretty good right now. His low winrate has a lot to do with his preferred lane partners being uncommon.
