@Riot: Didn't Lyte do some research with loading screen font color?

I thought I remember seeing Lyte's 17 year research that concluded the way to stop toxicity was going to be changed the loading screen font color. His "researched" showed that when they made the font red, for example, people were much more likely to be toxic and the game resulted in more reports.

My question is: if his researched showed this, why is my loading screen font color still coming up red?
