More advertisements lately?

Is it just me or is there more advertisements lately, like someone would friend you and immediately say " Go to League Academy For Free Elo Boosting " or something like that. Even today i just got 3 friend requests and i accepted all of them, and they were all bots that were advertising something.

Spam bots probably found a work around the filters Riot has.
