Real Premade Tourneys?

I can't find any single "real" premade tourney anymore in http://events.na.leagueoflegends.com/. When i say "real" premade tourneys I mean it like you're with your 4 other friends vsing other teams that know each other ( like 5v5 ranked teams ). The closest thing i can find that is like that is having a Captain pick your team members which you'll probably only be with one or two of your friends - http://nxgamers.net/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Tournament-Rules.pdf. Are there any more "real" premade tourneys out there? Thanks for your time.
