High Elo Players Help a Guy Out

I know its wishful thinking, buuut I'm just asking to see if there is anyone out there in the higher elos that has no problem queing along with me just so I can kinda have some experience with better players.

My philosophy is that if you are in a difficult enviorment then you will adapt to suit it. Now since leauge makes this imposible unless you have high elo freinds, I'm kinda at a cross-road here!
