League NA having problems?

Having a couple of issues like higher than usual ping, the random error message popping up constantly, and logging in issues. I'm on east coast as well.

I posted this on reddit as well and it seems as if it's AT&T specifically. 6 people in the thread are saying they are on at&t and have been having this problem since this morning.
I have Charter, this issue was really bothering me a few days ago but it's gotten better, I hope. Same thing with the ping, and also packet loss.
