I had a hundred minute queue, then found a match right after i took a screenshot.

More proof their system is a joke...
I love how there's no option to disagree with the low queue warning there other than like forcibly closing the game.
player "I know I said I greed riot, but what if I cut off one of my fingers and I need to go to the hospital?"
riot: "no, you will play the game and not leave, you agreed to not leave any further games"
