Are they going to do something about BOTS!

There isn't even a complaint category for BOTS, I know they aren't SUPPOSED to be posible or whatever but about 75% of my 3vAI games end up having at least one bot. The behavior is obvious, they usually just run the bottom lane over and over feeding the AI.

EVEN worse, when you accept a game and try to get a response before "Locking In", if they don't respond, I get penalized for leaving that game! I just had a game with TWO bots that just ran at a turret for an entire game and lost the game, never a single response. So next game I ask for confirmation that I am playing with live humans and one doesn't respond so I drop, now I am blocked for 5 mins?!? So you are OBVIOUSLY all over penalizing people that leave a game, how about getting on the douchebags that are ruining games we are FORCED to play or face penalties?

This is horse crap and there needs to be a category to report bots at the very least and action taken against the accts that use them.
