ninja tabi are a counter to wukong. except for his ult, everything he does is auto attacking. the damage on his e mainly comes from his underwhelming as steroid. you can barely even feel the direct damage. his q counts as an auto attack.

his w is countered by randuins active or the trinket upgrade.

why do people think that champion is strong? ive never had an issue with him. hes not terrible, but not good either. so easy to outplay.

i'll go ahead and answer my own question here, just like rengar vs wukong, riven vs wukong is a skill matchup.

as wukong, start flask 2 health 1 mana pot and max q over e.

start playing aggressive lvl 1 aa q aa without taking to much minion harrass, keep her poked low and all in her lvl 2/4 and try to snowball, if it gets lvl4 + she can start to face roll you, use your clone wisely.

i would get a sustain item first probably like hydra/bt, although that game i rushed last whisper because i was maxing q and i was snow balling hard, i just wanted to melt their team with my ult, or riven with e q r.

and i did.

ninja tabis passive is only good early game honestly, if u have 300 ad, it takes away 30, this is a chunk yes, but its not a huge ammount.

its only 10%, it does not change the fact u are claming a pair of boots counters a champion, if this were true ninja tabi would counter every ad champ in game.

not going to read that wall of txt though.

as for garen crushing wukong, the way i see it is, garen wins lane sure, but he loses the game.

wukong in teamfights > garen in teamfights.
