how riots servers really work on the east coast
if a bunch of things go on at once, like 3 ults you get attempting to reconnect.

after this happens and u reconnect if u want to use any flash/ignite/etc u have to alt tab out then back in.
also it always happens when the games on the line, because late game is where everything gets thrown at once, honestly with these servers i dont see a season 5.
