Rebel EightBit2 votesIn a way nearly every skin has SOME resemblance to something. For example. Arcade Hec? Looks close enough to Robot Unicorn, from the Robot Unicorn series. Exiled Riven? Looks like a Final Fantasy character theme. Shen? Two of his skins looked close enough to Mortal Kombat characters Scorpion and Sub Zero. So I'm sure they can make the skins happen if they went through all the paper work and talk with the creators and license owners of pokemon. Lol.

Comparing that to rearranging Kennen into picachu is nonsense and obviously copywrite infringement. Ultimately, it doesn't matter if you agree or understand, this is not a popularity contest, it is legally bound and will not happen whether you respect limitations or not.
