shin-ignis new champ idea (for kickz and gigglez cuz i iz bord)

Lore: there once was a dude named shin-ignis, who is a dragon unicorn dude, and he liked unicorns so he was like "ima go get one". when he was out finding his unicorn he got was grabbed by none other then brand. brand took him back to his house and baked him cookies however when he ate the cookies he turned into a pyro-human-dragon-uncorn thing. he got so mad he blue up in a gigantic nuclear explosion and ran to the yordles for help there he found out that every unicorn in the whole world was killed and decided to turn to the league and fight so he could get a wish and get all the unicorns back.

Passive: Unicorn-dragon kombo: every time shin-ignis activates an ability, he gains an extra 1%/2%/3%/4%(stacks at level 6 11 and 16) of his current health as ad for 5 seconds and also is given a movement speed buff of 30/50/70. Also when he dies he gets to move around in a unicorn for 5 seconds and if he touches someone they get a movement speed buff of 50.

Q: Flame of the dragon: fires a cone of fire that does (80/100/120/160/240+80% Attack damage) and inflicts grievous wounds (700 range)(cooldown of 9 seconds)

W: Horn of the Unicorn: shin-ignis charges at the enemy dealing (10/20/30/40/50+2%/4%/6%/10% of maximum health) and stunning for 3.5/3/2/1.5/1 seconds (500 range)(cooldown of 16 seconds)

E: Dragon hide of destruction: Grants a shield that is equal to 10% of your current health and also does that amount of damage + (50/60/70/80/90 + 40% attack damage)(200 range)(cooldown of 18 seconds)

R: SUPER DRAGON UNICORN PRO: (Toggle) drains 4% of your current health per second. increases your movement spead by (200/250/300) and increases attack damage by (80/100/150) and maximum health by (500/700/900). also gives a spirit visage sort of thing that increases any sort of form of healing (such as life steal) by 30%.
