Champion Idea-ish: Nop the Grumpy One

Nop - The Grumpy One

Q- "No" Nop yells "No" at enemies dealing true damage.

W - "How about No" Nop intimidate his enemies causing them to deal reduced damage. Upon casting, Nop removes all his debuffs.

E - "I hate this" Passive. Nop's basic damage deals magic damage and reduce target's attack speed. Stacks up to 10 times.

R - "I like the sound you make when you shut up" Nop blasts a wave of hate and grumpiness, dealing damage to surrounding enemies and apply silence for 1.5 seconds to all enemies hit.

I got the idea when trying to deny another person's champion idea....Dont expect this to get accepted but just for laughs.

I thought that summoner name looked familiar. Good fellow you do confuse me a great deal. Do you just not like people posting champion ideas or have you just tapped the holiday liquor a bit too aggressively?

Nope. Christmas isnt a holiday here cuz Jesus Christ doesnt exist in our head like he/she/it is in Christians'. And no.. I don't like what seems to be something I don't like, which is a lot of things. Am I not allowed to dislike people's ideas?
