Why didn't they release Devil Vi and Spirit Fire Brand on Halloween?

I mean come on now, it would be perfect!

Harrowing happens at some weird random time, legacy skins are released late, and the two actual Halloween looking skins are released on HALLOWEEN. Literally if they switched the content release of 5.20 and 5.21 around, with the skins landing on or around Halloween, none of this outrage would be happening.

The point is, it's totally okay to have "The Harrowing" happen whenever, in fact it adds a lot to the story of Bilgewater as an explanation for why nobody (Demacia) has gone in and tried to clean it up. Only the roughest and toughest can survive.

But in real world terms, most of us celebrate Halloween! Literally every other MMO, even FLASH GAMES, have Halloween events, could we not at least get something?

I think they will see it in the sales of this years skins and legacy skins... nobody cares about Halloween anymore. We're all prepping fo thanksgiving (At least us 'Muricans") and Christmas (Or other non-secular holidays PC disclaimer ect. ect.)
