Splash Arts on Client appear pixelated

Not all of them, but the general majority of Splash Arts on the client appear pixelated to me while viewing them in large profile, Everything else on the client appears in HD (skin advertisements, icons, videos, announcements ,skin shop overview, etc.) and my laptop is pretty new and relatively high spec so I can't imagine my laptop not being able to run the skins in HD. Does anyone else have this problem and, better yet, does anyone have a solution?
