What is wrong with the Jgs I play with?

Almost every game, I'm not exaggerating almost every game I play (not ranked), my jg is straight up bad. I get is who can't read a map and tried to kill a fed jg on their own. Another jg who is close by had more than half health and ignore my pings to come pick up a quick kill because both my opponent and I are low health (no really our jg would only need at most to abilities to kill if even that). And every game, yes every game i get ganked first whether I am aggressive or not. And when i am not aggressive and i ping for help, jg still ignores me and goes about the map hunting and ignoring everyone while the enemy jg gnats early everywhere. i would get ranked up to three times before their jg decides its not worth it eats well. Yes i have jged before i know it isn't easy but i've never messed up or ignored anyone. I cannot be the only person this happens to EVERY game (again not exaggerating).

As a jungler I ignore people who require constant help because they don't know how to fix their own problem. If your consistantly asking for help from the jungler it means you probably aren't warding or attempting to control the lane.

If you and your support are both low hp, junglers not going to want to come in and help because if you guys die, and he picks up two kills, you guys are just going to be pissed that you did all that work to get them low just to die and give a random kills that who knows if he could carry with.

Make sure your also watching who you have as a jungler, I know as a diana player I generally dont gank till lvl 4, or 6, as in lower elo don't really know how to set up ganks for their lanes, or if i go in get them really low, they often don't even pick up the kill, so I generally like to wait till lvl 6 for the jump with the ulti.

If they are playing jax, or yi, or any devourer based champion they might not feel like ganking, but should control objectives at least as Dragon + w/e it's name, give 5 stacks. So they could just be taking their time and seeing how lanes play before ganking.
