*RIOTERS PLEASE READ*

Well...I wasn't really sure where to put this so I'm assuming it belongs here. Anyways I'm mainly look for answers from rioters or anybody else that may have knowledge of the subject but I was just kinda wondering how exactly one goes about getting a job at riot. I don't really have a lot of experience in coding or animation but I've always had an eye for design plus I'm a quick learner so i can probably pick up whatever else I would need to. I'm mainly asking because ever since I first played this game I've loved it and it has turned out to be an exteremly influential part of my life. If you could get back to me with the general way to go about it, or at least maybe how you did it, I would greatly appreciate that. At the very least good job making the game great, keep up the good work!
