1/11 kayle 17 stacks 30 min in

i know im not good at this game, but im pretty sure im better then this. 1/11 kayle that has 17 stacks on devour ******* 30 minutes in and my botlane died 17 times. I really dont like this elo and trying to get out but sure enough in my 4th promo game i get this and sure ill get it in my 5th.
